New Components:
- Branch Rule / Related Jira Issues: With this component, you can now use JQL (Jira Query Language) to define which existing Jira issues you would like to make edits to or change their status. This powerful feature provides you with greater control over your Jira issues, allowing for more targeted actions.
- Transition Issue in Jira: This component enables you to directly change the status of relevant issues within Jira. Whether you need to move an issue from “To Do” to “In Progress” or from “In Progress” to “Done,” this action simplifies the process and streamlines your workflow.
- Edit Issue in Jira: With this component, you can now edit existing Jira issues across various fields, including description, assignee, due date, and more. This flexibility empowers you to make necessary updates to your issues without navigating away from your current workflow.
Note: Be sure to connect your instance with confluence to use these features. This can be done by clicking “connect” when the component is selected.
After connecting you will be able to enter the information required to complete the automation.
